
Chinese Stir-Fried Beef with Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and a splash of water; cover and steam for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and beef broth in a small bowl, then pour over the beef and broccoli.
- Stir in cornstarch mixed with a little water to thicken the sauce. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with steamed rice.

Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin
- Bell peppers
- Pineapple
- Soy sauce
- Ketchup
- Sugar
- Vinegar
Instructions:
- Fry pork pieces.
- Stir-fry with bell peppers and pineapple in a sweet and tangy sauce.



General Tso's Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Ginger,
- Hoisin sauce
- Sugar
- Vinegar
Instructions:
- Fry battered chicken pieces.
- Toss in a sweet, tangy sauce with garlic and ginger.
