Classic American Cheeseburger

- 500g ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of American cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Pickle slices
- Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.

- 1.5 kg pork shoulder (or pork butt)

- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 8 hamburger buns
- Coleslaw, for serving
Instructions:
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using) in a bowl. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork.
- Place the pork in a slow cooker and pour in the apple cider vinegar. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Discard excess fat.
- Mix the shredded pork with barbecue sauce and return to the slow cooker for 30 minutes to heat through.
- Serve on hamburger buns with coleslaw.

Ingredients:- 1 kg chicken wings, cut into drumettes and flats

- 1 tbsp vinegar

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
- Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, for serving
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and fry them in batches for 10-12 minutes until crispy and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss the fried wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
