Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)
Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Yogurt
- Butter
- Cream
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Garam masala
- Cumin
- Turmeric
- Red chili powder
- Coriander
- Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves).
Recipe:
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices for at least 2 hours.
- Cook onions, tomatoes, and spices to make the gravy.
- Add marinated chicken to the gravy, cook until done.
- Stir in butter, cream, and kasuri methi. Serve with naan or rice.
